Recently some postmen have not been putting cards through doors when people are not home to receive delivery, so if you receive an email saying we have sent the parcel and it does not arrive in a day or two, please check at your local depot in case it is there.  If a week elapses and it has not arrived, nor been found at the depot, please let us know by email. 

If we have to continue replacing lost parcels, we may be forced to send all parcels out by Special Delivery which would unfortunately put our postage prices up.
