We love getting feedback from our customers - whether positive or negative.  It is important to us that you are happy with the products we supply.  Your comments are valued and wherever possible we will address and correct any problems you  bring to our attention.

Answer:
So sorry it was too dry for you.  Of course we can replace it.  Just send the 2 packets back and when we send out the next order we will send your replacement packets.

Answer:

Thanks for the email.  Certainly – we can supply biltong how you like it.  As we literally have hundreds of customers, if you just email us at the same time as placing your next order, to remind us how you want it, we will happily leave it to get really dry and slice if very finely for you – no problem.
