Answer: So sorry it was too dry for you. Of course we can replace it. Just send the 2 packets back and when we send out the next order we will send your replacement packets.

Certainly – we can supply biltong how you like it. As we literally have
hundreds of customers, if you just email us at the same time as placing your
next order, to remind us how you want it, we will happily leave it to get really
dry and slice if very finely for you – no problem. Click to
